Adeena Hop Profile
Meet Adeena™, a "promising noble-style" hop from Latitude 46, formerly the ADHA breeding program. Adeena™ — meaning "noble, "gentle" and "delicate" — is a cross between Summit and an English variety, selected for exceptional agronomics and similarity to Willamette. With herbal and spicy character, Adeena's light floral, lemon and pine notes give depth and balance while her low alpha contributes a smooth bitterness. These flavors work well in lagers, pilsners and kölsch styles, yet Adeena's New World nature can easily complement crushable pale ales.
