Beer Making Yeast: 1 Gallon Ale

This is our favorite yeast. It's highly tolerant of a wide range of conditions including alcohol levels and ambient temperatures.

Not only is it forgiving, it's tasty. We've brewed hundreds of batches with this packet of yeast.
