The Brewer's Pantry One Gallon Belgian Wit is a light and hazy easy drinking witbier. A Belgian yeast strain and some lemon peel adds a the distinct fruity, spicy character that makes a great Belgian Wit.

Each One Gallon Brew comes with all fresh ingredients necessary, a grain steeping bag, and complete instructions. Makes approximately 10-12 beers.
