Belma® is a sweet, unique variety discovered by Puterbaugh Farms in Washington state. A cross between Magnum and Kitamidori, Belma® delivers a cornucopia of flavors that include strawberry, citrus, melon and grapefruit. Moderate alpha (8-12%) and bright, berry effervescence gives Belma a versatile profile that can work in a wide range of styles, including pale ales, IPAs, saisons or a wheat beer.
