Campden Tablets - Sodium Metabisulphate (10 tablets)

Campden tablets are used in brewing to kill certain bacteria and prevent the growth of wild yeast. They can also be used to eliminate chlorine and chloramine in your brewing water.

Use one crushed tablet per gallon of wort. If using as a water pre-treatment, use 1 tablet per 20 gallons of water.
