Chamomile Blonde: Beer Making Mix

Borrowing a technique from brewing coffee and delicate teas, we pour beer (while still hot) through chamomile flowers to lock in their floral sweetness without any tannic bitterness. Grassy Golding hops and a unique Belgian base make for a carefree sunshine sipper.
