Coopers 1.5kg Wheat Liquid Malt Extract

The addition of Thomas Coopers Wheat Malt, made from Malted Wheat and Pale Malt, will result in a softer mouth-feel and improved head retention.

Use the whole can in a brew or use part of the can and store the remainder in a sanitised jar in the fridge until next required.

Use as a direct replacement for 1kg of sugar or brewing sugar.
