Gozdawa Expert 40 Pint Beer Kits - Belgian Blonde IPA

Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Ltd was born of a shared passion for making different kinds of beer at home. We only use the best yeasts strains and match them to our beers according to type and method of fermentation. The Expert range includes 3.4kg of premium malt extract in order to create a truly outstanding beverage.

Gozdawa Expert Belgian Blonde IPA, light beer which is golden in colour with an extremely hoppy flavour & caramel aftertaste. The kit includes a Belgian Style yeast to enhancers the flavours of the beer.

Each Gozdawa Expert beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced unhopped & 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Ale kit comes with a speciality 7g Belgian Fruit & Spice Ale yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Ale. The Expert range also includes 14g of hops & infusion bag.

Please note these kits do not require any further additions with a max ABV of 4.8%.

Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 day.
