Gozdawa Expert 40 Pint Beer Kits - Dunkelweizen

Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Ltd was born of a shared passion for making different kinds of beer at home. We only use the best yeasts strains and match them to our beers according to type and method of fermentation. The Expert range includes 3.4kg of premium malt extract in order to create a truly outstanding beverage.

Gozdawa Expert Dunkelweizen is a German style wheat beer which incorporates 50% wheat malt into this particular kit. Amber in colour with a low bitterness & wheat malt flavours.

Each Gozdawa Expert beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced unhopped & 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Ale kit comes with a speciality 7g Bavarian Wheat 11 Ale yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Ale. The Expert range also includes 14g of hops & infusion bag.

Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 day.
