Gozdawa Legacy 40 Pint Beer Kits - Pilsner

Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Ltd was born of a shared passion for making different kinds of beer at home. We only use the best yeasts strains and match them to our beers according to type and method of fermentation.

Gozdawa Legacy Pilsner produces a Czech type beer with a properly balanced bitterness & maltiness, clear golden in colour with well developed hop flavours.

Each Gozdawa Legacy beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Pilsner kit comes with a speciality 7g GLW35 yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Pilsner.

These beer kits require the addition of 1kg Brewing Sugar, ABV of 3.8-4.2%.
