Gozdawa Worldwide 40 Pint Beer Kits - Belgian Xmas Trappist Ale

Gozdawa is a Polish nobility Coat of Arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Gozdawa Ltd was born of a shared passion for making different kinds of beer at home. Gozdawa Worldwide Belgian Xmas Trappist Ale is a dark ale with fruit notes of Muscat & raisins which compliment the mild bitterness.

Each Gozdawa Worldwide beer kit contains 1.7kg of naturally sourced hopped malt extract meaning all kits are GMO free. This particular Ale kit comes with a speciality 7g Belgian Trappist 'Rochefort' Ale yeast dedicated to crafting the perfect Trappist Ale.

These beer kits require the addition of 1kg Brewing Sugar, ABV of 3.8-4.2%. 

Please note an additional 2% ABV can be achieved with the addition of an extra 1kg of Brewing Sugar but fermentation period will be extended by 4-5 days.
