HBC 682 Hop Profile

Formerly known as Pahto®, HBC 682 is the first super-alpha hop cultivar released by the Hop Breeding Company. HBC 682 delivers a smooth bittering profile with mild, pleasant aromatics that lean herbal, earthy, and floral. When used as a bittering hop, it provides a clean, neutral flavor and a refined bitterness to beer. Agronomically, it is valued for its high yield, high alpha, excellent storage stability and strong disease resistance in the field. High performance in the field, clean precision in the kettle.

Beta Acids: 4.5-6.0%
