Idaho Gem Hop Profile

Idaho Gem™ is a found variety from Gooding Farms in Parma, Idaho. It bursts with bright, candy-like red cherries, sweet pineapple and grapefruit. Idaho Gem™ is also backed by light herbal notes like mint and green tea that allow it to shine beyond hazy IPAs and other fruit-driven styles. Though it can hold its own as a single hop, Idaho Gem also complements familiar favorites like Citra® and Mosaic®. Candy-bright flavor with unexpected depth, ideal for late additions and dry-hopping.

Beta Acids: 5-7%
