Irish Moss

Irish Moss is a fining agent made from seaweed, used to make a clear beer, without a filter. It also prevents chill haze, by speeding up protein coagulation at the end of the boiling process.

To use: just add one teaspoon for every five gallon batch with 15 minutes remaining to boiling point.
