Single Hopped IPAs are a great way to discover the unique properties of a single hop! Nelson Sauvin hops are from New Zealand and are known by brewers to be very wild in character! These hops produce big punchy ales with a bold hop character. A fantastic rich and fruity aroma, with gooseberry and tropical fruit notes. The finish has an extra dry taste on the palate with an intense, lingering bitterness.
