United Kingdom Mystic Hop Profile

Mystic® was released in 2017 by the U.K. based Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. Although a lower-alpha variety that provides clean bitterness, Mystic is most often used in late additions for its fruit-forward character, offering a unique combination of black currant, citrus, and passion fruit. A daughter of Jester®, Mystic was selected primarily for its exceptional aroma, improved disease resistance and strong yield potential.
