New Zealand Riwaka Hop Profile

Riwaka™ is a triploid hop variety with Saaz genetics and one of the most prized cultivars to emerge from New Zealand. The Saaz heritage really shines with familiar noble aromas, but Riwaka boasts nearly double the total oils. Expect expressive citrus aromas, reminiscent of pink grapefruit. This bright and zesty aroma makes Riwaka a refreshing fit in many hop-forward styles, especially IPAs, hazies and crisp pilsners. A quintessential New Zealand hop.
