The Brewer's Pantry Scottish 80/- kit makes a rich and delicious beer. Deep red colour with Scottish yeast aroma and flavour. The Scottish 80/- has the classic malt sweetness and light hop character common to most Scottish ales. Despite the sweetness this is still a very sessionable beer.

With proper fermentation techniques the Brewer's Pantry Scottish 80/- will make 5 gallons of beer at 4.5-5% abv.
