Sonnet® hops are the American-grown version of English Kent Golding with similar floral and herbal elements. Exclusively grown in Oregon, Sonnet differs from the classic EKG with brighter notes of citrus and fresh, floral honeysuckle. These flavors work well in English styles and lagers, but could also work in new-world twists on these traditional styles. A classic reimagined with a fresh, American lift.

SONNET® HOP SUBSTITUTIONS 

Sonnet hops carry similar characteristics and flavor profiles as East Kent Golding, US Golding, and Hallertau Mittlefrüh making these hops an excellent substitution in your next recipe.
