Ferment up to 35 litres of beer, wine, kombucha or other drinks in this completely stainless steel fermenter. The domed bottom collects all the trub so that only clear liquid is drained from the 1/2" drain valve. The stainless steel spherical lid with silicone seal and 4 clamps ensures an airtight seal. The supplied silicone bung and the 3-piece airlock make sure that the CO2 - formed during fermentation - can escape.

The litre and gallon markings allow you to quickly determine the content of your fermenter. The silicone coated handles provide a much better grip, even with wet hands. Because of its size, the compact Transfermer fits in almost any refrigerator or fermentation chamber.
