It couldn't be simpler! Each kit has 1.5kg of Barley Extract that with the addition of 1kg of sugar and water will make 40 pints of pub style lager @ 4.5% ABV in approx 3-4 weeks. We recommend using a brewing sugar or beer enhancer for even better results.
